Dana Point Yacht Club is a private membership organization and is established for the exclusive benefit of its members and their guests. As a 501 (c)(7) organization, the club's general purpose is bringing its members together for boating and related social activities.

The club's general public website is designed to provide prospective members some insight into the club, information about becoming a member, general information for visiting yachtsmen and contact information to all. Our member's website is designed for the specific benefit of our members only and access is restricted by member registration and password. No access to the member's only website should be provided to any non-member and the club does not authorize any non-member access to the resticed website.

The privacy and protection of our member's information is of utmost concern. We have taken the steps necessary to guard all membership information including encrypting data, secure servers and limited authorized access. We do not sell or otherwise disclose our member's information to third parties.
